An extremely long-lived perennial, reaching a maximum size of 6 x 2 feet, that is native to the Himalayas. It is related to Cow-Parsley and resembles it in appearance.
This is not the same as the garden parsley that is often eaten.
The extremely fine-textured, dissected foliage is deep green.
The lovely, large lacy white flower heads are an added attraction.
Thrives on moist fertile soil.
Hardy zones 4 to 8 in full sun to partial shade on moist, well drained soil.
